Community grants
Cerner Charitable Foundation supports the efforts of community nonprofits in areas where Cerner employees live and work. The foundation's community grants support efforts with a particular focus on funding initiatives that address the social determinants of health.
To build stronger, healthier communities, the foundation issues community grants that fund economic stability, education, social and community context, health and healthcare, and neighborhoods and built environments.

In recent months, Cerner Charitable Foundation awarded grants to support transitional housing for veterans experiencing homelessness, mentoring and basic necessities for families living in poverty, and health advocacy programs for high-risk communities. Addressing the social determinants of health across our communities builds stronger communities for us all.
